7.11. Of the Authority of the Church, General Councils, and Bishop of Rome

As the Churches of Jerusalem, Alexandria, and Antioch have erred, so also the Church of Rome hath erred, not only in those things which concern matter of practice and point of ceremonies, but also in matters of faith.
